Refund policy

 

How Do I return My Order?
 
1. Please include a note into the return stating your order number, items returned, and reason for return.
2. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your item.
3. The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
4. We highly recommend you send your return via a tracked post such as Royal Mail as Lois Jeans UK accepts no liability for any items lost in transit.

5. Returns postage costs will be met by yourself unless items are damaged, in this instance, upon receipt of the return a refund of the carriage costs will be processed via your original method of payment.


6. Once we have received the return, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank/payment method, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to become available.

In the event of a cancellation, the reversal of funds can take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank/card provider.

7. We are not able to process exchanges on returned items as we cannot guarantee the availability of an item once we have received your return. Please return your unwanted items and place a new order.

8. Please make sure you check the item/size and your contact/shipping information thoroughly before your order is placed.
